Kaitlin Lindquist Counselling

Kaitlin Lindquist Counselling offers counselling support to individuals and couples in Waterloo Region and Guelph. Kaitlin holds an MSW and is a registered social worker. She has worked in the field of gender-based violence for over five years, continuing this work in both community and private practice settings. She works with a broad range of issues including complex trauma, grief and bereavement, PTSD, and anxiety and depression. Kaitlin has experience supporting women impacted by birth trauma. Kaitlin has done extensive training in various trauma approaches, including Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. She strives to support each client from a trauma-informed perspective.

Our members are searching for therapists, doulas, lactation counsellors, childbirth educators, pelvic health physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, naturopaths, medical advocates, social workers, midwives, nurses, physicians, yoga instructors, dentists, and more. Our partners are trained in trauma-informed care and exhibit the skills consistent with a trauma-informed approach.
